  • Absolutely. If an issue arises while you're traveling, I'm your point of contact and work directly with suppliers to resolve it quickly.

  • Deposits are determined by each travel supplier. I'll clearly outline all deadlines and payment schedules so there are no surprises.

  • I assist with resort stays, cruises, park tickets, and ground transportation. Airfare options vary by destination and supplier, and I'll advise on the best approach for your trip.

  • I love working with first-time travelers! I'll walk you through the process step by step, ensuring you feel confident and excited from the start.

  • No! While Disney is my specialty, I also book all major cruise lines (Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, NCL), Universal Orlando and Hollywood, and custom tours through operators like Tauck and Sceptre.

  • I plan vacations to Walt Disney World, Disneyland & Disney California Adventure, Disney Cruise Line, Disney's Vero Beach Resort, international Disney destinations, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Tours.

  • Yes. I have personal experience using Disney's DAS and can assist with accessibility planning, special requests, and navigating available accommodations.

  • Yes! I handle dining reservations, special experiences, and provide strategies so you know what to book—and when.

  • Absolutely. I create customized daily strategies to maximize your time, minimize wait times, and help your family enjoy the parks at a comfortable pace.

  • Disney vacations can often be booked 6–18 months in advance. Booking early provides the best availability and flexibility, and I'll guide you on ideal timing for your goals.

  • Yes. As a current educator, I have experience planning trips for students, families, and small groups with careful attention to logistics, safety, and organization.

  • I monitor promotions continuously and will apply eligible discounts whenever possible—even after your trip is booked.

  • Yes. I strongly recommend travel insurance and can help you select coverage that fits your trip. I personally use and recommend Travel Insured for all my trips.

  • Each supplier has its own policies, which I'll explain clearly at booking. If plans need to change, I'll assist you every step of the way.
